Guided by the classical lineage of T.K.V. Desikachar, I offer supportive, personalised one-to-one sessions and slow, relaxing online group classes designed to ease physical tension and quiet the mind. Whether you are navigating lower back discomfort or simply looking to slow down, you are welcome here exactly as you are.

I am a *certified yoga teacher specialising in classical yoga in the lineage of T.K.V. Desikachar.
My classes provide a quiet space away from the fast pace of daily life—a slow, relaxing, and deeply intentional environment where movement adapts to the individual, not the other way around. Through gentle movement, conscious breathing, and mindful awareness, I help my students quiet the mind, release physical tension, and rediscover a sense of spaciousness within themselves.
My Journey: From Healing to Teaching
My path to yoga was born out of personal necessity. In my mid-thirties, I struggled constantly with chronic lower back issues. Looking for relief, I found the teachings of Desikachar, which emphasise viniyoga—the art of adapting yoga to meet a person’s unique structural, physical, and emotional needs.
This highly individualised approach completely transformed my relationship with my body. It did not just heal my back pain; it taught me how to move through life with greater resilience and compassion. Inspired by the profound healing I experienced, I committed myself to sharing these gentle, supportive tools with others.
